Dr. Kazlouskaya began her education at Vitebsk State Medical University in Belarus. She earned her MD and PhD in Dermatology and Sexually Transmitted Infections there. Her passion for dermatology led her to complete her dermatology residency and start her career as an Associate Professor of Dermatology. She later became the Chair of the Dermatovenereology Department at Gomel State Medical University.

Furthering her expertise, Dr. Kazlouskaya pursued extensive post-graduate training across Europe. She honed her skills in dermatopathology in Germany and specialized in photodynamic therapy and laser surgery in Italy. This international experience enriched her understanding of diverse dermatological practices and treatments.

After moving to the United States, Dr. Kazlouskaya continued her rigorous training. She finished her dermatology residency at SUNY Downstate Medical Center and received the Best Resident Award in her third year. She continued to excel by completing a fellowship in dermatopathology at the University of Pittsburgh. This helped enhance her skills in diagnosing and treating challenging skin conditions.


Dr. Kazlouskaya is a prolific contributor to the field of dermatology. She has helped write over 70 scientific articles, 20 book chapters, and many online articles. She serves on the Editorial Board of the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology and regularly reviews articles for several prestigious dermatological journals.
