Dr. Viktoryia Kazlouskaya, affectionately known as Dr. K by many of her patients, is the founder of Dermatology Circle in Manhattan.
Her clinical work spans medical dermatology, dermatopathology, hair and scalp disorders, skin cancer prevention, dermatologic surgery and cosmetic dermatology for adults and children.

Dr. Kazlouskaya's work combines clinical dermatology with dermatopathology, research and medical education.
Her training allows her to approach skin disease from both the clinical and microscopic perspective, particularly when a diagnosis is complex or several conditions may overlap.
At Dermatology Circle, this diagnostic foundation extends across medical dermatology, hair loss, mole and skin cancer evaluation, dermatologic surgery and cosmetic care.

Belarus
The Foundation
Dr. Kazlouskaya's path to dermatology began at Vitebsk State Medical University in Belarus, where she earned her MD, followed by a PhD in Dermatology and Venereology, and completed her dermatology residency.
She began her academic career in Belarus and later became Chair of the Dermatovenereology Division at Gomel State Medical University.
Europe
Expanding Her Training
Determined to deepen her expertise, Dr. Kazlouskaya pursued postgraduate work across Europe.
She completed dermatopathology training in Hamburg, Germany, followed by training in photodynamic therapy and laser treatment in Florence, Italy, through an International Society of Dermatology mentorship.
This international grounding remains part of what shapes her perspective on patient care today.
United States
Beginning Again
After relocating to the United States, she began again from the ground up, completing an internship in medicine at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in Brooklyn.
She then completed a full U.S. dermatology residency at SUNY Downstate Medical Center, where she was named Best Dermatology Resident in her final year.
Dr. Kazlouskaya went on to complete a dermatopathology fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh. She later joined its faculty as Assistant Professor in Dermatology and Dermatopathology.

Practice & Academia Today
Today, Dr. Kazlouskaya leads Dermatology Circle PLLC in Manhattan.
She holds an academic appointment with the Mount Sinai Department of Dermatology, where she teaches cosmetic dermatology to residents.
She also continues her affiliation with the University of Pittsburgh in dermatopathology.
