Dr. Kazlouskaya began her education at Vitebsk State Medical University in Belarus. She earned her MD and PhD in Dermatology and Sexually Transmitted Infections there. Her passion for dermatology led her to complete her dermatology residency and start her career as an Associate Professor of Dermatology. She later became the Chair of the Dermatovenereology Department at Gomel State Medical University.
Furthering her expertise, Dr. Kazlouskaya pursued extensive post-graduate training across Europe. She honed her skills in dermatopathology in Germany and specialized in photodynamic therapy and laser surgery in Italy. After moving to the United States, Dr. Kazlouskaya continued her rigorous training. She finished her dermatology residency at SUNY Downstate Medical Center and received the Best Resident Award in her third year.
