This case shows a very young patient with early androgenetic alopecia (pattern hair loss) who did not initially recognize the extent of progression.
Hair loss often develops gradually, and visible thinning may already represent significant underlying changes. Early diagnosis is critical. In this case, timely evaluation and intervention allowed us to improve hair density and maintain existing hair over time.
Treatment was focused on a personalized, long-term strategy rather than a single intervention. It is important to understand that androgenetic alopecia is a chronic, progressive condition. Even with visible improvement, the process may continue over time, which is why maintenance and follow-up are essential.
