This patient struggled with a persistent, unusual facial rash that didn’t improve despite trying numerous creams and consulting multiple providers. To rule out any serious skin conditions, we performed a skin biopsy, which confirmed seborrheic dermatitis. We then initiated a non-steroidal treatment that led to significant improvement.
