There are no standing treatment plans, no packages sold in advance, and no decisions made before Dr. Kazlouskaya has evaluated your skin in person. Hair & Scalp Consultation with Digital Trichoscopy

For patients experiencing hair thinning, shedding, or scalp concerns. This type of a consultation includes digital trichoscopy and AI analysis — a precise diagnostic technique that examines hair follicles and scalp condition at magnification.
Mole Mapping & Full Body Skin Examination
$500
A thorough, systematic examination of every lesion on your skin. Moles are photographed, documented, and monitored over time. Changes that would be invisible to the naked eye become measurable. This is the standard of care for patients with a personal or family history of melanoma, many moles, or fair skin, and for anyone who has never had a proper full-body skin examination.
The Dermatology Circle Annual Review

Most patients book a consultation when something worries them, treat one concern, and return only when something new appears. The Annual Review is for patients who want to stay ahead of that.
It is a single, comprehensive appointment that combines all three evaluations: mole mapping and full body skin examination, hair and scalp assessment with trichoscopy, and a complete cosmetic consultation. Dr. Kazlouskaya sees your skin, scalp, and face together, rather than in isolation.
At the end of your visit, you receive a written personal protocol: a recommended plan for the year ahead, including which treatments matter for you, in what order, and at what frequency. Some patients need one follow-up visit. Others benefit from a more active schedule. The plan reflects your skin, not a template.
The Annual Review is the right place to begin for any new patient who wants to understand where their skin stands and what a thoughtful, physician-managed approach to skin health actually looks like.
